Silent Toothed Chain Belt
Used on the extension bracket and horizontal bottle conveyor of glass machinery bottle-making machines, for conveying high-temperature red-hot daily-use glassware products. The chain belt is carburized and heat-treated, offering wear resistance, tensile strength, high precision, no elongation, perfect meshing with sprockets, and stable conveying of daily-use glassware without bottle tipping.
Process: The chain plates and washers are punched using CNC machine tools, then connected with pins, followed by grinding the pin ends.
The silent toothed chain belt (also known as silent chain belt) adopts a special heat treatment process that solves the common problem of substandard heat treatment in domestic products. The chain plates are forged from special steel strips, with a heat-treated layer thickness of only 0.2 mm. The outer layer is hard while the inner core is soft. This treatment not only solves the issues of plate breakage and insufficient wear resistance but also allows the chain belt to be used for 3–5 years under normal conditions.
The chain belt features thickened countersunk chain plates with protective caps on both sides, which protect the pin ends from wear, greatly extending the service life of the chain belt.
