The Silent & Quiet Toothed Chain Belt is a high-temperature resistant metal conveyor belt specifically designed for transporting red-hot glassware, daily-use glass products, and ceramic ware at temperatures up to 500°C. It offers exceptional wear resistance, long service life, a smooth and non-slip conveying surface, high tensile strength, and the ability to operate continuously for 24 hours a day without interruption.

Manufactured from materials including Q235, manganese steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel 304, this belt can be customized in width according to the size of the glassware or ceramic products. Standard pitches available: 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm.

The chain features a flat shaft, single-shaft and double-shaft tile pin construction. It is widely used on glass bottle row-type forming machines (IS machines) and glass machinery conveyor systems. An innovative protective cap (countersunk, thickened chain link) protects the shaft ends, significantly extending the service life of the chain.
